This Eid several Pakistani and Hollywood films are hitting cinemas. However, the Salman Khan fans will be disappointed to know that ‘Tubelight’ is not coming out on Eid. The fate of the film is still undetermined as we don’t know when it will be allowed to release in Pakistan. Besides, no other Bollywood is also not releasing this week.
The people who cannot go out to watch a film in cinema can catch up with some of the recently released Pakistani films on TV. Four major releases from last two years are also premiering on TV this Eid.
So, here is the list of all films hitting cinemas and your TV screens upcoming week. Make you plans already.
Lollywood films
First comes two Pakistani films, Yalghaar and Mehrunisa v Lub U, which are making their ways to cinemas on Monday.
Mehrunisa V Lub U
‘Mehrunisa V Lub U’ is social comedy starring Danish Taimoor, Sana Javed, Javed Sheikh and Qavi Khan. The film is second venture of Wrong No. director Yasir Nawaz.
Yalghaar
This long awaited war/action movie, in making for more than 3 years, is finally coming out. The film by the makers of ‘Waar’ has an ensemble cast, including Shaan Shahid, Adnan siddiqui, Humayun Saeed and Ayesha Omer.
Hollywood films
This Eid is a treat for Hollywood fans as three new films are joining two already running films, ‘Wonder Woman’ and ‘The Mummy’, in cinemas. Here are the newly released Hollywood films.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tale
The fifth installment of Pirates of the Caribbean franchise is one of the long awaited movies coming out this summer.
