What is this, you ask? This photo is from the OPPO event that Team Galaxy had the pleasure of attending yesterday. Here is a detailed breakdown of everything that happened at their Eid TVC launch.

However, before we do that, let’s first admit that OPPO Pakistan has made quite a name for itself in the past ten years and recently, they’ve partnered with some of the big wigs; the details of which are as follows: 

What all went down?

Yesterday, Team Galaxy attended the OPPO Pakistan Eid TVC launch, as we have already mentioned (no surprises there). The event was held at X2 Gulberg and had celebrities like Iqra Aziz, Nabeel Zuberi & Uzair Jaswal in attendance (YES, WE KNOW!).

The event started with an OPPO team member Wardah Usmani shedding some light on the brand, its background and what it has accomplished, after which the brand’s Marketing Director, Ali Kakvi, revealed the TVC.

The concept behind TVC revolved around celebrating family bonds and relationships while spreading smiles and laughter (now that’s something us desis definitely need a dose of after all the family feuds laced dramas we see 24/7). He also revealed that OPPO Pakistan is the official partner for the upcoming World Cup, Wimbledon, Avengers: Endgame and Suno Chanda season 2.

It has also partnered with Ashna Khan for an editorial shoot.

Later on, the celebrities were called upon the stage and asked questions which their fans had originally asked them. All three celebrities were asked what they enjoyed the most about Ramazan. Uzair mentioned that he enjoyed Sehri the most as he enjoys the late night gatherings with his family.

Iqra revealed that she enjoyed last Ramazan the most as the whole month was spent on the sets of Suno Chanda, till the wee hours of the morning. Lastly, Nabeel told everyone that while he enjoys having Sehri with friends, he likes to spend Iftar with his family.  

Towards the end, the media held a question/answer session with the three of them while we are keeping our fingers crossed for their Eid TVC and all the things that they’ve planned for us in 2019.
