Saim’s attentiveness during the birthday party caught the eye of many viewers. When all of his pals were enjoying the cake-cutting ceremony, our dashing young hero walked over to Zobia to offer her a slice of cake. We all definitely went awww! That he dotes on her is no secret for sure!
