A three-month long poll conducted by PakInfo Publications asked a question to the fans of Pakistan film Industry, the question was, “What your sixth sense says? From the following list of upcoming movies, which movie is going to be the blockbuster hit”. Poll had 8 movies in it including “Bol, Victim, Devdas, Bhai log, Love mein Gum, Slackistan, Son of Pakistan and Saltanat”.
As the poll has now been ended, its time to announce the results of it.
But before moving towards the results, its important to mention here that we received total 107 votes, everyone had a choice of selecting maximum 2 movies and the time span of this poll was three months.
Now coming to the results of the poll, no tough competition was faced by movies on first and second position and Shoaib Mansoor’s Bol easily got the first position by getting the highest number of votes amongst all, Bol got total 42 votes which in percentage becomes the 39.25% of total.
Apart from Bol, Reema Khan’s “Love Mein Gum” stands on the second position with getting total 32 votes which is exact 10 less than the votes of Bol, her movie score makes the 29.91% of the total votes.
Director Jarrar Rizvi’s “Son of Pakistan” came on the third place by getting 13 votes, beating its competitor “Bhai Log” by 4 votes.
The film which got the least number of votes was “Slackistan” which is directed and produced by a British – Pakistani director Hammad Khan, the movie got only 1 vote out total 107 votes. Besides this, director Syed Faisal Bukhari’s Saltanat came on the second last position by getting only 2 votes, this maybe was because of less movie promotion till now, whereas Syed Faisal Bukhari’s another movie “Bhai Log” got the fourth position amongst all the eight movies by getting 9 votes.
