Iman Ali denies any personal link-up with Indian director

Just a few posts before we informed you about the latest rumors surfacing about Indian director Imtiaz Ali having a sort of secret affair going on with Pakistani actress Iman Ali. Not only that, it was also widely reported by Indian and Pakistani print media that Imtiaz has already divorced his wife Preety and is planning to tie the knot with his new-found love soon.

The latest development in the hot news is that Iman has categorically rejected the rumor of having any sort of personal link-up with Indian director and has even stated that she is not ready for marriage for at least next five years and even if she is to marry, her obvious preference would be a Pakistani guy of her own age.

“I won’t get married for next five years, I have got to prove myself in the showbiz,” Iman replied to the recent controversy related to her. Regarding the media reports of her affair with Indian director, Iman said, “That really hurt me, if I am to marry why wouldn’t I chose an ideal Pakistani boy of my own age,”

Iman is considered to be one of the most groomed actors in Pakistan film industry and has a great fan base all over the country. Starting her film career as one of the lead in 2007 super-hit film Khuda Kay Liye, she recently starred in Shoaib Mansoor’s second directorial venture and box-office hit Bol, and is now looking forward to establish herself in Indian film Industry too.

Although Iman’s denial to the rumors is of something great worth to settle down the media whispers connected to her character, it would be of great importance that Imtiaz too comes on media to reply the rumors.
