One of the most eagerly awaited films of the year Seedlings ( Lamha), which is all set for release this Friday , had its premiere in Karachi . Almost everyone associated with the film was present ( except for Summer Nicks who was out of country) and was surely dressed to impress. Among those present included the cast Aamina Sheikh, Mohib Mirza,Gohar Rasheed, Hira Tareen and producer Meher Jaffry.
While lots of celebrities also graced the occasion and supported the film. Sharmeen Obaid, Humayun Saeed, Mahira Khan, Sanam Saeed, Feeha Jamshed, Frieha Altaf ,Zoe Viccacji, Ainy Jaffri, Ali Safina, Deepak Parwani, Deepak Parwani, YBQ were spotted amongst others.
Although this is not a fashion blog but I cannot help but mention how all the ladies are upping the glamor quotient in these pictures. Specially Meher Jaffry and her gorgeous dress. Meher you just stole the show for me 🙂 Also Zoe Viccaji and Ainy Jaffry are perfection personified. Also making a statement is Sharmeed Obaid in Ayesha Khurram’s famous Marliyn Monroe Kurta. Who is one of the most important persons, if not the most important person, associated with the film? The director! Where is the director of the film in these pictures?
Summer Nicks is without doubt AN IMPORTANT person associated with the film and hence I mentioned that he was absent and also stated why, As for the director part, Id rather not write why he was not there, you can go google it yourself.
I already know about the story of director, Mansoor Mujahid, alleged involvement in a murder case. Be that as it may, he is the still the director of the film. To omit mentioning his name while talking about the important people associated with the film is dishonest, as it steals credit from the person to whom it’s due.
