Shaan’s Mission-5 out of “Shiny Toy Guns’s” banner

It would definitely hit many as a shock that the action laden upcoming thriller, Mission 5, is no more going to be a collaborative project between Asad Ul Haq’s ‘Shiny Toy Guns’ and Shaan Shahid’s ‘Riaz Shahid Films.’

What was to be a collaboratively produced mega budgeted project between the two production houses, rests now solely in the hands of Shaan Shahid as the production of the film had to be halted due to some scheduling issues between the two parties.

The film will now be produced independently by Riaz Shahid Films which currently has Arth 2 to deliver as well.

The good news however is that Asad ul Haq of Shiny toy Guns clarified that there were no rifts between him and Shaan and that everything was decided with their mutual consent. He also announced that Shiny Toy Guns is now working on its own production, Dekh Magar Pyar Se, the details of which will be released very soon.

“Shaan is a dear friend and a fantastic individual to work with. Shiny Toy Guns wishes Shaan and Riaz Shahid Films the best of luck for their independent production of Mission 5,” Haq stated in a press release.

While Mission-5 was announced with a specific release date of Eid-ul-Fitr 2015, Dekh Magar Pyar Se for now comes with a tentative release time of Summers 2015, while the details of the cast and crew will be announced soon.

Shaan is busy these days in shooting Hassan Waqas Rana’s ‘war epic’ Yalghaar.
