15th January 2015 was the day when PepsiCo launched the Official Kits the Pakistan cricket team would be sporting on in the upcoming ICC World Cup. And let it be said, it looks good and fits well on our cricket stars.
Hosted by Ahmed Ali Butt and Anoushey Asad, the star studded event saw the Cricket team and prominent celebrities from all walks of showbiz grace the event. Among those present were Fawad Khan, Bilal Lashari, Najam Sethi, Ali Azmat and Qurtulain Baloch among many others.
Managed by JBnJaws, the event was purely meant to celebrate the new cricket kit and surely the kit launching was the main highlight of the event, but what caught Galaxy Lollywood’s ear at the event would be far more relevant to you all filmi fans.
During his impromptu interaction/Question session with the audience; Ahmed Ali Butt approached his old pal, Fawad Khan, and inquired about some new project of his in Pakistan, and before the hunky actor could answer, Ahmed focused the attention to director Bilal Lashari and asked him that would Bilal make the revelation. Bilal, however, was quite hush hush, and so to save the moment, Ahmed said, “looks like it’s too early to reveal…”
Well we all know that there is only one film that Bilal is currently making and its the magnum opus “Maula Jutt,” and if you remember, we told you a few months back about the inside story regarding Fawad being Maula Jatt. Looks like Fawad will actually be cast as Maula Jutt in this remake.
Adding more to it, yes we know that Hamza Ali Abassi has already been announced as one of the leading cast members of Maula Jutt, but with Fawad now in the circle too, seems like the Maula Jutt and Noori Natt spots have both finally been filled, which one by whom, we don’t know for certain yet. But guess it away and keep guessing till we have an official word on it. So over to you Bilal.
