Exclusive: The teaser of highly anticipated ‘Punjab Nahi Jaungi’ is releasing this weekend!

It might sound too early to say, but BLOCKBUSTER is written all over Humayun Saeed-Mehwish Hayat starer ‘Punjab Nahi Jaungi’. Although the release of the film is still quite distant, but as per our sources privy to the information, the official teaser of the film is releasing this weekend.

Yes, you read it right. The wait is over and the teaser is coming your way really soon. So, all you fans of Humayun Saeed, Mehwish Hayat, Urwa Hocane and Ahmad Ali Butt, get ready to see the first look of the most anticipated movie of the year this weekend.

The film has been getting all due buzz since its announcement last year. But, so far, we have mostly been munching on the social media feed of Ahmad Ali Butt to get sneak peek of the film. The Butt-fies with his co-stars gave us little scoop of what was brewing on the sets of the film but these were not enough to satisfy our curiosity.

The first BTS pic of ‘Punjab Nahi Jaungi’ recently surfaced on the internet, upping the excitement to a new high. The vibrant pic featuring Humayun Saeed, wearing white kurta with crimson shawl, and Mehwish Hayat, blushing in pink and golden lehnga-choli, made us go into rhapsodies over them.

The pic promises that another blockbuster, much needed for the survival of film industry, is on its way. It also confirms the feedback we heard from some of insiders who got to see the teaser of the film and went gaga over it. According to them, the family entertainer looks highly promising and potential record-smasher. It is going to be another feather in the crown of Six Sigma Films and ARY Films, the makers of Pakistan’s highest grosser ‘Jawani Phir Nahi Aani’.

‘Punjab Nahi Jaungi’ is penned by Khalil ur Rehman Qamar and directed by Nadeem Baig. The film’s cast include Humayun Saeed, Mehwish Hayat, Ahmad Ali Butt, Urwa Hocane and Azfar Rehman.

THe film is slated to release on Eid-al-Azha.
