“I Got Rid Of Her”: Nimra Khan’s Husband Confirms Divorce

Nimra Khan and Raja Azam

Speculations and rumours were rife that actress Nimra Khan, who tied the knot last year in April, had obtained a divorce and parted ways with her husband, Raja Azam. Nimra Khan had shared that her then-husband was a police officer in London and it happened to be an arranged marriage.

However, shortly after the wedding, the rumour mills went ablaze with the news that Nimra Khan and Raja Azam had parted ways and that her husband had proven to be a domestic abuser and a violent man.

The Story

Even though people started speculating when she deleted their pictures together, however, Nimra Khan hadn’t outright stated that the marriage was off. Now, recently, while making an appearance in a show hosted by Nauman Ejaz, Nimra Khan hinted at her single status. Although the actress didn’t go into the details and said that she prefers not to comment on it. Though she later stated in the interview that the majority of divorces are due to people agreeing to spend their lives according to other people and change themselves, which shouldn’t be the case.

In a live video on Instagram, Nimra Khan’s ex-husband confirmed the status of their divorce while using some rather foul language about the actress as well. Raja Azam said that he and Nimra are no longer together and he was the one who divorced her. Giving the reason: “I wanted to. I like to divorce.”

He added: “I am old enough, I got rid of her, she was a f****ing headache, she was a proper headache,” he said in the live video.

Good Riddance

Earlier, Nimra Khan’s fans had speculated that the injuries the actress had suffered sometime back when travelling abroad, had been her husband’s doing. Although Nimra went on record to justify that she had fallen off the stairs. For now, we’re absolutely revolted by this video that this man has shared and wish all the best to Nimra Khan for her future. Perhaps this was good riddance for the gorgeous actress.
