As the premier entertainment channel in Pakistan, Geo Entertainment has set the bar high when it comes to Ramzan season. Keeping the trends alive, Geo Entertainment has come up with a flurry of new programs and content that will look to entertain as well as educate audiences.
What to See on Geo Entertainment This Ramzan Season?
This year’s Ehsaas Ramzan transmission will carry the baton from previous years to provide light-hearted content for diverse audiences across the country. This Ramzan season will see a debut for Tere Aany Se, Heer Da Hero, and Abdullah.
Complementing these new additions will be seasons 4 and 5 of Dikhawa and Makafaat, respectively. The premier entertainment channel will also air episodes of Mehmed: The Conqueror and Kurulus Osman during the holy season.
Additionally, all bi-weekly episodes of Tere Bin, Farq, and Qalandar will air as per routine at 8 PM during the holy month.
Heer Da Hero
Heer Da Hero gives a scoop inside a tale of animosity between two tribes. The witty storyline, coupled with the acting prowess of Imran Ashraf and Amar Khan, will leave you in tatters.
Heer Da Hero is produced by Abdullah Kadwani & Asad Qureshi under the banner of 7th Sky Entertainment. The drama serial is written by Amar Khan and directed by Saima Waseem. This distinctive drama serial stars many prominent actors, including Imran Ashraf, Amar Khan, Usman Peerzada, Kashif Mehmood, Afzal Khan Rambo, Waseem Abbas, and others.
The drama series will air daily at 7 PM from 1st Ramzan onwards.
Abdullah
Perhaps Geo Entertainment’s most thought-provoking Ramzan special yet, Abdullah will educate viewers, especially children, through practical examples of daily life.
Each episode will take you through Abdullah’s life as the kid encounters several social issues and solves them through the teaching and principles of Islam. Abdullah educates viewers through his interactions with friends, family, and the general community.
Directed by Shahid Yonus and written by Amber Azhar & Nadeem Asad, Abdullah will air daily at 5:30 PM only on Geo Entertainment.
Tere Aany Se
Tere Aany Se shows the love-hate relationship of a family reunion. A lot of viewers will be able to relate to the extended family reunion and be part of the captivating storyline.
Produced by Abdullah Kadwani & Asad Qureshi, the drama serial is penned by Samra Bukhari and directed by Zeeshan Ahmed. The cast features Komal Meer, Muneeb Butt, Salman Shahid, Shamim Hilali, Mehmood Aslam, Sidra Niazi, Ali Khan, Sadaf Aashan, Saleem Mairaj, Zainab Qayyum, Laiba Khan, Mani, and many others.
The drama series will air daily at 9 PM from 1st Ramazan only on Geo Entertainment.
Besides these new Ramzan specials, Mehmed the Conqueror will air daily at 3 PM, Dikhawa will air daily at 3: 30 PM, Kurulus Osman will air daily at 4: 45 PM, and Makafat will air daily at 6 PM.
