The Burning Mystery: How Many Episodes Will Khaie Have?

One would have to be living under a rock to remain oblivious to the phenomenal popularity that the drama ‘Khaie’ has garnered. Despite being barely two months old, it has spread like wildfire, captivating audiences far and wide.

A production of 7th Sky Entertainment, ‘Khaie‘ has been penned by Saqlain Abbas and directed by Wajahat Hussain. A revenge saga with intriguing violence intertwined with hints of romance, ‘Khaie’ has certainly raised the bar.

This leads us to the burning question: how many episodes will ‘Khaie’ have? With the drama airing four episodes per week, the plot is unfolding rapidly and has the audience entirely hooked. However, interesting revelations have come to light regarding the total number of airing episodes.

A mystery

While it remains a mystery how many episodes Saqlain Abbas actually penned down, and with the completion of the shoot and post-production, how many episodes ended up being made, Saqlain Abbas revealed in a conversation with Kya Drama Hai that the drama has been completely written and shot. When asked about the total number of episodes, he revealed that there were 24-25. Regarding ‘Khaie‘ airing four episodes per week, he stated, “I would want ‘Khaie’ to continue to air for a long time. But it was the decision of our bosses to decide that ‘Khaie‘ will have four episodes per week, considering its popularity.”

Having said that, previously it has been reported that the leading stars of ‘Khaie’ drama revealed different numbers about the total running episodes, ranging from 12-18, with everyone providing a different number.

Interesting twist to the plot

An interesting twist to the plot came to light in an interview with FUCHSIA Magazine. When asked about an increase in the total number of episodes of ‘Khaie,‘ Faysal Qureshi, who plays the character of Channar Khan in the drama, replied that there can only be a maximum of fifty episodes. He stated, “We also knew wrong about the total number of episodes but then we got to know about this.” However, he emphasized that regardless of the number of episodes, good dramas should continue to air.

If we are being honest, in this day and age, current trends are changing rapidly, with a shift in audience demands. Considering no one has enough time to tune in to watch a dragged-out drama due to popularity, it inevitably results in compromising the quality. We hope ‘Khaie’ does not fall victim to this, and the audience enjoys an immersive experience.

Love In The Digital Age: Exploring The Debate With Dil Ka Rishta App

In today’s fast-paced world, navigating the world of love and relationships can be tricky, especially for the new generation. Enter the concept of “dating” – a growing trend in Pakistan and a topic sparking serious debate. The question remains: Should millennials embrace this Western import, or stick to traditional methods?

‘Dil Ka Rishta’ — Pakistan’s first matchmaking app — decided to get to the heart of the matter. They conducted a public survey and the results were, well, mixed. Over 11,000 people voiced their support for dating, while a larger group, exceeding 43,000, expressed their disapproval.

So, what’s the hold-up? Opinions vary widely. Aimen Zahra, from Lahore College for Women University, believes that “getting to know someone before marriage isn’t inherently wrong, as long as it’s done with respect and within Islamic guidelines.”

However, others, like Atif Ahmed of Government College, raise “concerns about potential misuse and negative societal consequences, citing examples from the West.”

Religion also plays a significant role in the discussion. Hafiz Junaid emphasizes the importance of marriage as a foundation for relationships, highlighting the potential pitfalls of pre-marital involvement.

Sajjad Ahmed stresses the importance of involving parents in the decision-making process, even while advocating for individual choice.

But there’s a flip side to the coin. Laiba suggests responsible approaches to dating, like informing elders and ensuring safety measures.

Interestingly, Dil Ka Rishta’s online survey reflects the diverse perspectives, with a significant portion of the digital generation open to exploring dating options.

The debate around dating in Pakistan is far from over. While some see it as a positive step towards informed choices, others remain cautious. One thing’s for sure: as societal norms evolve, navigating the path to love will continue to be a complex and individual journey for many.

Will dating become the norm in Pakistan? Only time will tell. But one thing is certain: the conversation has just begun.

5 TV Screen Moments That Made The Nation Go Crazy

Pakistani dramas have consistently captivated audiences within the country, but across the border, reactions vary. While some viewers blindly adore the narratives, others aren’t afraid to critique and spark debates. Yet, there are instances where the TV screen ignites a frenzy among Pakistani audiences, sparking lively discussions on social media.

Do Takkay Ki Aurat ‘ in Mere Pas Tum Ho and the buzz

ARY’s ‘Mere Paas Tum Ho’, helmed by director Nadeem Baig, and written by Khalil Ur Rahman Qamar, created seismic waves in the drama industry. The narrative, delving into a woman’s conflicted journey between love and societal pressures, famously labeled as ‘Do Takay Ki,‘ ignited a nationwide discourse. While some echoed the sentiment that a materialistic woman’s value is limited to ‘Do Takay,’ feminists fiercely opposed the depiction of women’s degradation, condemning the reinforcement of traditional gender roles and entrenched patriarchy. This dialogue remains a potent catalyst in gender-based discussions, fueling social media fervour for months on end.

Reliving the Iconic: Humsafar’sMummy, Ye Ap Kiya Kehrahi Hain‘ Moment

Remember that iconic scene from Hum TV’s ‘Humsafar’? When Khirad – played by Mahira Khan, stands up to her mother-in-law – played by Atika Odho, confronting her over the lies she tells to her son Ashar – played by Fawad Khan, that moment where Khirad couldn’t do much except say, “Mummy, ye aap kya keh rahi hain.” It hit us right in the feels and still resonates years later and continues to be a viral sensation, fueling the creativity of memers, especially during Ramadan when aftari memes flood our feeds. And who can forget when the ‘Ehd e Wafa’ actor, Osman Khalid Butt, resurrected it eight years ago? He used it as the ultimate clapback to shut down doubts about Mahira Khan’s acting chops. It’s proof that sometimes, a simple line can say it all.

Chai Ki Piyali Moment: When Zaroon proposed Kashaf

As Pakistanis are so fond of Chai, this very thing plays a big part in Kashaf – played by Sanam Saeed and Zaroon’s – played by Fawad Khan, love story in Hum TV’s ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ – directed by Sultana Siddiqui, written by Umera Ahmed, when Zaroon proposes Kashaf in his teacher’s room, and got interrupted as someone enters to offer the two some tea. It’s a whirlwind few seconds, as a cup of tea is spilt and Zaroon grabs hold of it to save Kashaf’s hands. Yes, it’s a kind gesture to grab hold of a cup like that to save someone – but most wouldn’t really think twice. Who even wonders that an oddly chai ki piyali could change so much for them, well it’s definitely the love that changed Kashaf’s mind and this moment will be cherished as one of the best scenes from their love story, the internet still gone crazy sometimes over it.

The Controversial Scene in Tere Bin: Why Makers Why?

It was the drama that had everyone buzzing in 2023 – Geo Entertainment’s ‘Tere Bin’ – directed by Siraj Ul Haq and written by Nooran Makhdoom. But the excitement turned to disbelief when Episode 46 took a dark turn. The episode’s climax featured a shocking scene where Meerab slapped Murtasim and spat on his face during an argument. Murtasim’s enraged reaction, forcefully pushing Meerab onto the bed and slamming the door shut, left viewers stunned. This scene sparked serious concerns, hinting at potential marital rape or assault in the next episode. Twitter exploded with hashtags like “shame on ‘Tere Bin’ makers,” as fans voiced their disappointment. It was definitely the talk of the town online.

Shahmeer Sikandar’s Dance Moves in Ishq Murshid

Internet has gone crazy over Bilal Abbas dance moves as Shahmeer Sikandar in Hum TV’s ‘Ishq Murshid’ – directed by Farooq Rind and written by Abdul Khaliq Khan, the dance sequence in episode 14 lit the Twitter (X) up, fans couldn’t help themselves but to praise Bilal’s acting skills as he portraying two different character and nailing it in both. TikTokers set the stage and reel games turned on, netizens copied the moves from the ‘Kuch Ankahi’ star and impressed their audience, but one can’t forget the moment that why it happened. Because our hero didn’t want to spoil the love of his life Shibra played by Durrefishan Salem, and somehow managed it but killed the silver screen with his dance moves.

These moments underscore the profound impact content holds in audiences’ lives. Whether evoking happiness, sadness, or anger, the issues brought to the limelight by makers resonate deeply with viewers. It’s crucial to present content on the TV screen that not only makes sense but also positively impacts the audience, fostering meaningful engagement and reflection.

“Why Would I Dwell On Her Past? I Will Dwell On Our Future.”: Jibran Nasir Talks About Mansha Pasha

Jibran Nasir and Mansha Pasha both sat down with FUCHSIA Magazine for a candid discussion. The politician and actress discussed their marriage and professional lives openly and in detail. The couple has been the talk of the town ever since they got married in 2021.

Everyone has got a strong opinion on Mansha’s status as an actress and Jibran’s political career and activism. The interviewer had her questions ready and did not hold back from asking the tough ones.

One such topic that came up was the fact that Mansha is a divorcee and her marriage with Jibran is her second one, something that has been cause for judgement hurled at the couple. Jibran, always the gentleman and wanting to shine a light on social issues, handled it head-on.

Jibran’s Response

Jibran began his answer by saying that this wasn’t something that he had planned. He didn’t expect or seek a wife who’d be getting married a second time. He also stated that a lot of this has to do with an individual’s own level of maturity.

Maturity is needed to understand and acknowledge that people have pasts and past relationships.

“When you weren’t in someone’s life, you can’t sit and make a judgment call on the individual’s decisions, whether they were right or wrong, because you weren’t even there to observe, let alone advise on anything.” explained Jibran.

He continued, “Why would I dwell on her past? I will dwell on our future.”

Further adding, “She hasn’t done anything criminal in her past.”

He then clarified that one can make judgements on another person’s past depending on the circumstances. If someone has a history of domestic abuse or a criminal past, then that is where you can have an opinion on someone.

While some other men may have stumbled upon this question, Jibran also took this opportunity to shine a light on a huge issue in our society. He talked about the taboo that is second marriage, particularly in the case of women, citing Veer Zara to make a point.

“Whenever India makes Veer Zara, Zara will be Pakistani and Veer will be Indian. And when it is made in Pakistan, Zara will be Indian and Veer will be Pakistani.”

He further elaborated, “Gender and gender propriety play a role here, where we feel that if you’ve married a woman, you’ve won her. And then it comes up – who won first? Who was here first? This is a small, sick mentality in our society, unfortunately. She isn’t property, she’s a human being.”

Jibran is a class act, and we hope his words don’t fall on deaf ears. We hope for nothing but the best for the happy couple and that they continue to not shy away from such topics.

What made it even more epic was the collaboration of powerhouse vocalists like Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig, and the dynamic duo Young Stunners. Despite initial mixed reviews, it soared to the top, cementing its status.

PSL 2024: Khul Ke Khel

Ali Zafar made it back to the PSL scene with PSL 2024 anthem, Khul Ke Khel as Ali Zafar makes a triumphant return to the cricketing scene, joined by the sensational Aima Baig. After a long wait, Ali’s unmistakable voice is back to electrify fans, while Aima adds her magical touch to create a musical celebration of cricket’s spirit. Teased as a “sonic storm” by the official PSL account, the anthem promises to be a dance-worthy delight, capturing the essence of the sport with infectious energy. With Ali’s signature style and Aima’s dynamic vocals, ‘Khul Ke Khel sets the stage for an electrifying PSL season ahead.

With each anthem release, PSL not only brings together the nation in fervent support but also serves as a testament to the undeniable connection between music, cricket, and Pakistani pride. That being said, we owe it all the artists, who have contributed to bringing the anthems to reality, especially Ali Zafar, who undoubtedly is heart and soul of PSL anthems.
